Sa solide expérience dans l'industrie du bas permit à l’italien Domenico Girardi de fonder «Calzificio Girardi» en 1954. Depuis lors, la marque Girardi est synonyme à la fois d'élégance sophistiquée et de haute qualité. À la fin des années 70, Girardi est un incontournable dans toute l'Italie lorsqu’il s’agit de bas et collants. En 1998, Girardi Srl s’étant à l’international et finira par atterrir chez les Rituelles en 2021 !
